Blocking Non-MRP storage location QM lot qty in APO

Hi Gurus,

We have activated user exit (Activate user exit EXIT_SAPLCSTK_001 in ECC ) for blocking the Non-MRP STORAGE LOCATION stock during CIF execution. Our observation shows that QM lot qty for NON-MRP storage location is still coming to APO.

Please suggest if there is any way where we can block QM lot for non-mrp storage locations coming from ECC.
