Delivery Priority Sales Order Header

Hello Gurus ,

                            I know delivery priorirty is maintained on the customer master and can be changed over there as well as line item level but

Q1)  Say we want to change the whole sales order delivery priority can we do that , i mean instead of effecting all the sales order of a particular customer can we just change the delivery priority of a whole sales order .
