Hi,

 

I am using APO 7.03 and try to find out if there is a possibility of comparing the planned vs. real production times. we need to compare the planned times maintained in operations of the routings with the real production times coming from the confirmations of production orders. Is there any report, etc. in APO PPDS or in SAP PP where we could see that?

How to activate immediate change transfer of these Z-table values from ECC to table /SAPAPO/MATLOC in APO?

 

Is message type CIFMAT (Transaction: BD52) relevant for these? If yes, how?

how to specify source of supply in planning version In the planning version, you can define for PP/DS whether the system may create a procurement proposal if no valid sources of supply are available.

How to exclude STOs from GATP, when we need to ship the "Customer return" products from branch to Central DC?

 

We have to set up a scenario for sending "Customer returned" products from branches to Central DC through STO. But we do not want GATP check for these STOs, as they are Customer Returns, which need to analyze at CDC for further actions. We are using SCM 7.0 and ECC 6.0

Multiple orders converted from Planning Board

Hi Experts,

 

If I trigger conversion (from Planned Order to Process Order) of a high number of orders from the Planning Board then the conversion indicators reach ECC succesfully but when ECC sends back the Process Orders then some of them get stuck in CCR and we have to manually push them to APO. This issue does not happen when a few orders are marked for conversion from the Planning Board.

 

 

Can you please suggest some changes in Block Size/Filter etc which might help to solve the above issue?

Orders are not visible in prod allocation assignment by order page for past week

Hi,

    Not able to find the order number due to "document missing" status in the product allocation assignemnt by order pop up page.

Issue in details: Getting "document missing " instead of document no. in product allocation assignemnt by order pop up page (/sapapo/ac42).

This is happening for the past week bucket. Not for the current week bucket.


Step to go to exact page:

T-Code: /SAPAPO/AC42 -> provide prd alloc group, procedure, step --> Click Time series for characteristic combination --> provide field info for chareateristic of prod allocation group -> prod. allocation time series  -> results are displayed in product allocation situation table -> put the cursor in the incoming order qty  -> click on F2 -> then pop up screen for "product allocation assignemnt by order" will come -> in the order number field  we are getting

"document missing"

Please let me know if you find any idea to resolve this issue.

Simulation version getting updated from active version

Hi all,

 

We noticed that in Active Model 000, existing Simulation Versions are getting updated (changed) daily, even though we do not know any job scheduled by us which could do such update. I tried to search for any job running at the time of version change, but could not find through SM37.


Can you guess what could be triggering this change?

I am trying to create the CIF Integration for the first time and see in APO that I have to make some settings for data transfer.

my question is about the publication:

 

1. do I have to maintain the distribution definitions for a secific plant?

2 or would it be enough to generate the distribution definitions for a range of publishing types per location?

3. do I have to maintain Object-Specific settings? for example for publishing types "In-house production"

APO 7.03 - organizational areas for batches and CDP

Hi,

 

I am using SAP ECC 6.0 with APO 7.03. We use shelf life planning and batch managmenet. In APO CDP is activated.

I am trying to prepare APO for CDP and batches. Therefore I created organizational area in SAP ERP and APO.

 

In SAP ERP I created an organizational area as follows:

Tranx: O1CL

table: Mara

org. area: class type: 023 and 300 for the same org area P

 

IN APO:

Table: /SAPAPO/MATKEY

organizational area: class type 400 and 300 for the same org area P

 

Later I will create characteristics and classes (class type 023 and 300) and transfer them per integration models to APO.

 

My questions are:

 

1. Is is ok to assign the class types 023 and 300 in ECC to the same org area?

 

2. Do I really need to assign class type 300 to the same organizational area P which has the calss type 400? or is just 400 enough?

 

3. Do I need to consider something else?

Difference in Material availability date for ECC ATP check & for APO ATP check in the same order

Hi Gurus,

 

I have a question: on what basis material availability date is calculated in forward scheduling?

 

Eg:

 

For a customer GR hours are maintained in unloading point calendar in customer master and Customers are not CIF'ed across to APO.

GR hours are maintained for weekdays from 8:00 to 12:00 & 1:00 to 6:00.

 

In a sales order with two line items with Requested date today & plenty of stock on hand for two products( ECC & APO) where line 10 (product 1) triggers ECC ATP check & line 20 (product 2) triggers APO ATP check at same location (loc1).

 

RDD is today, material availability date for ECC ATP check (line 10) is today (working as expected) but where as the material availability date for APO ATP check (line 20)is pushed to next day by which for the same customer there are different delivery dates. And two delivery notes will be created & truck will be on road at different times for the same customer which is unacceptable.

 

What am I missing here to get the material availability date as today for forward scheduling? Please guide me on this.

SAP GATP: Under which condition type i should add route,pick time,pack time and Transit time.

Hi Experts,

 

I have a issue where i need to maintain the ship to party and sold to party . I maintained both under codition type ULCA.Where i have mentioned the delivey open days.

Now again i have to add routes ,Pick(in hour) , Pack(in day) and transit time(in day).

I have all information but i am confused under which condition type i should add all these enrty.

Please guide me to add all these information.

APO PPDS Production Campaign

Hi,

 

I use APO 7.03. I created production campaigns with a few planned orders. But face a few issues:

 

1. in Deltareport see following error:

 

Production campaign 000000000014 exists in APO without an active integration model (check box for selected materialand a plant + campaign active).

Message no. /SAPAPO/CIF431

 

I have activated integration model for campaings in SAP ERP and activated publication for publication type campaigns in APO customizing.

What can be wrong?

 

2. In the graphical planning board I do not see the campaign, though I selected red color for the campaign = it should be displayed in the resource chart.

 

3. When creating new planned order within the production campaign /sapapo/cpmt , button "create and add orders", I face strange issue.

I create an order by entering the product nr, location, qty and end day / time. After pressing enter the system calculates the start day / time to the current day/time which is completely wrong, end day/time remains the same. strategy used is backwards with revers.

 

When I close the pop-up, the newly created pl order is displayed with the correct start day/time. I do not know if this is a bug or what is happening...

 

When I created a pl order for the same product, loc, qty, end day/time in product view the system calculates the start time correctly according to PDS data.

GATP BOP Issue with STOs

We have recently discovered a problem with GATP where BOP is not updating the committed dates in APO on STOs from our factory after the corresponding production order has been entered.

 

However if we manually re-run ATP on the same PO it will pick up the proper dates.

 

Running BOP Manually will show the results correctly however when we close of the results that we see in /SAPAPO/BOP and the system says updating the changes do not reflect on the ECC side.

 

In the Inbound Queue of ECC we see many PO's stuck with a SYSFAIL and the error "BOP: Different number of lines"  during the function module CIF_PO_INBOUND_30A.

 

We have deleted the queue and it fills up again when BOP is run specifically for the plants that we need to reschedule the PO's from.

 

I found notes 1547002 and 1696509 and we applied them to the system with no success.  The error number in those two notes was XC260 which makes me suspect this is something different since the error we are getting is Message no. SR053 with the same message text as XC260.

 

If anyone has come across this error or has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.

 

 


Time in Sales order

Hello All,

 

I have a case where in , i created a sales order at X Location and delivery to Y location which is 1 hour backward.

 

For Eg: sales order is created on a friday and the system proposed delivery on Monday ( considering Holidays on sat and sun), now, the Transit time maintained is 24 hours. So the system gave a MAD as Monday and the delivery also same day since the delivering point is one hour behind it gave the Delivery date as MONDAY and Time as 23:00:00

MAD = MONDAY Time = 00:00:00

 

In our Time streams we maintain time as From 00:00:00 to 24:00:00, we dont control the working hours.This is why i think the above problem occured.

 

Is there a way to control this via period factor or any other way ? so that the delivery date is moved after a certain cut off time?
